By using LaciStream, you agree to follow these terms, the community rules, and the policies presented in the app or on the support site. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using LaciStream accounts, user-generated content, social features, safety tools, business features, and support.

Using LaciStream
LaciStream provides social networking features including profiles, posts, media, messaging, Stories, business surfaces, safety tools, and account controls. These terms preserve the existing product boundaries and do not promise unavailable functionality.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and provide accurate account information. Keep your account secure, use only accounts you are authorized to control, and do not impersonate others or evade restrictions.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in information private. Do not share passwords with support, and contact LaciStream if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant LaciStream the permissions needed to host, process, display, recommend, moderate, and share that content as directed by the service, your audience choices, and the features you use.
Prohibited conduct
Do not post illegal, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, hateful, threatening, or unsafe content. Do not harass people, manipulate service metrics, interfere with security, scrape private data, spam, impersonate others, or use LaciStream to facilitate harm.
Intellectual property
Only upload or share content you have the right to use. LaciStream branding, logos, product design, and service elements are owned by LaciStream or its licensors and may not be copied or misused without permission.
Content moderation and safety
LaciStream may review reports, remove or limit content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or end access to protect the community and enforce these terms. Where available, decision notices explain appeal or support options.
Business accounts and advertising
Business profiles, sponsored content, promotions, and advertising features may be subject to additional review, eligibility requirements, labeling, restrictions, or policies. Advertising and third-party ad services may be changed, limited, or unavailable while features are being developed.
Third-party services
LaciStream may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, messaging, live media, advertising, support, or platform distribution. Those services may have their own terms and policies where applicable.
Service availability and changes
Features may change, be tester-only, or become temporarily unavailable. LaciStream does not promise uninterrupted service and may limit unfinished capabilities until they are production-ready.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
LaciStream is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, LaciStream is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by unavailable features, user content, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control.
Suspension, termination, and account deletion
LaciStream may suspend or terminate access when necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, respond to legal obligations, or secure the service. You may delete your account from Settings. Shared conversations may retain limited context while your authored message content is removed or redacted.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as LaciStream, legal obligations, or safety requirements evolve. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
