LaciStream is a social platform with profiles, posts, media, messaging, safety tools, and account controls. This page summarizes the data practices relevant to those features without expanding beyond the current app architecture.
Information you provide
LaciStream account and profile features may use information you choose to provide, including your email address, username, display name, profile details, bio, avatar or cover images, posts, photos, videos, audio, comments, Stories, messages, reviews, reports, appeals, business information, and support requests.
Account, authentication, and age-safety information
LaciStream uses Firebase services to support authentication and account operations. Existing accounts may be asked for private age-safety information, such as date of birth or derived age status, to help enforce age-appropriate features and advertising treatment. Do not send passwords or full birthdays to support by email.
User-generated content and social interactions
Posts, profile information, comments, reactions, follows, saved content, Stories, business content, and other social interactions are used to operate LaciStream features, show content to the audiences selected or authorized by the service, recommend and rank content, and protect the community.
Messages and communications
Private messages and communication records are restricted to the participants and authorized safety, support, or operational systems. Shared conversation context may be retained where needed to provide the service, investigate abuse, meet legal obligations, or preserve non-personal conversation state after account deletion.
Device, usage, diagnostics, and analytics
LaciStream may process device information, app version, diagnostics, usage events, moderation signals, notification state, call or live-room state, and similar operational information to provide, secure, troubleshoot, personalize, and improve the service.
Photos, videos, camera, microphone, and optional location
Camera, microphone, photo library, notification, and optional location permissions are requested in context for features you choose, such as creating media posts, calling, LStream, business directions, discovery, and alerts. Device permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.
Advertising, Google AdMob, cookies, and web technologies
LaciStream may use advertising services such as Google AdMob and standard web technologies where applicable to support ads, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operations. Launch advertising has been configured for conservative treatment. Any web cookies or local storage used by public pages or sign-in flows should support the service, security, analytics, or preferences.
Firebase and service providers
Firebase supports authentication, database, storage, analytics, messaging, and cloud operations. Other service providers may support hosting, safety, communications, analytics, live media, advertising, customer support, or infrastructure. These providers process information to help LaciStream operate and secure the service.
Content moderation and safety
Reports, blocks, appeals, restriction history, moderation decisions, and safety signals may be used to investigate abuse, enforce policies, protect users, and maintain platform integrity. Some safety records may be retained where necessary to prevent evasion or repeated abuse.
Information sharing
Public profile and public content information may be visible to other users according to the relevant feature and audience settings. LaciStream may share information with service providers, when required by law, to protect people or rights, or as necessary to operate, secure, and enforce the service.
Account deletion, retention, and controls
You can request account deletion from Settings in the LaciStream app. Deletion is permanent once processing completes. LaciStream may retain limited information where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or shared conversation context. Settings provide privacy, blocking, notification, saved-content, security, and account controls.
Children and minors
LaciStream is currently intended for people age 13 and older. Age-safety information is used to support age-appropriate experiences and restrictions. If you believe a child has provided information in violation of this policy, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.
Security and user rights
LaciStream uses technical, operational, and policy controls designed to protect accounts and data. You may contact support for access, correction, deletion, or privacy help that cannot be completed in the app. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
