Practical steps for signing in and protecting your account.
Sign-in or age confirmation trouble
Confirm that the device is online and that you are using your account email. Existing accounts may be asked once to confirm a private date of birth before opening the app. Never send your password or birthday to support by email.
Suspended or restricted account
Open the account notice in Alerts to review the decision and available next steps. Appeals and support replies stay attached to the relevant notice or ticket.
Need personal help?
Email leevan@lacistream.com from the address connected to your account. Include your username and a concise description, but never include your password or full birthday.
TRUST AND SAFETY
Report, block, and get support
LaciStream provides in-app tools for user-generated content and conduct.
Report content or an account
Use the menu on the relevant post, profile, comment, message, Story, business, or live room and choose Report. Reporting from the source helps preserve the correct content and account identifiers for moderation review.
Block a user
Open the user's profile menu and choose Block User. Blocking prevents that account from viewing or interacting with you through supported LaciStream surfaces. You can manage blocked users from Messages options.
Copyright report
Copyright owners may contact leevan@lacistream.com with the content link or identifier, a description of the protected work, contact information, and a good-faith statement. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless support specifically requests them through a secure process.
Immediate danger
LaciStream support is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then use the in-app reporting tools.
ACCOUNT CONTROL
Delete your LaciStream account
Account deletion is available inside the app and requires confirmation and recent authentication. It is permanent once processing completes.
- 1Open Settings in LaciStream.
- 2Select Account, then Delete Account.
- 3Review the consequences and complete reauthentication if requested.
- 4Enter the required confirmation and submit the deletion request.
What deletion does
LaciStream removes the authentication account, public and private profile data, push tokens, owned media, and eligible authored content. Shared conversations may retain limited non-personal context while the deleted account's authored message content is removed or redacted. Business ownership is restricted or hidden for safe administrative handling.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy on LaciStream
This policy explains the information LaciStream uses to provide accounts, social features, safety systems, support, and advertising. LaciStream is currently intended for people age 13 and older.
Information you provide
This can include your email address, username, display name, profile details, date of birth for private age-safety checks, posts, photos, videos, audio, Stories, messages, reviews, reports, appeals, business information, and support requests.
Information generated through use
LaciStream uses interactions, follows, saved content, notification state, device and diagnostic information, moderation signals, call/live-room state, and campaign interaction data to operate, secure, personalize, and improve the service.
Age and sensitive data
Your exact birthday, derived age band, minor status, and age-resolution timestamp are kept in a protected profile and are not displayed publicly. They are used to enforce age-appropriate content, interaction, live-stream, and advertising rules.
Media, camera, microphone, and location
Camera, microphone, photo library, notification, and optional location access are requested in context for features you choose, such as posting media, calls, LStream, business directions, discovery, and alerts. Permission can be changed in iOS Settings.
Service providers
Firebase supports authentication, database, storage, analytics, messaging, and cloud operations. LiveKit supports real-time calling and streaming. Google Mobile Ads may provide attributed advertising. Launch advertising is configured for a conservative teen rating and non-personalized publisher treatment.
Sharing and visibility
Public profile and content information may be visible to other authenticated users according to your selected audience and feature settings. Private messages and communication records are restricted to participants and authorized safety or support operations. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect people, rights, and the service.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet security and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce policies. You can permanently request account deletion from Settings. Limited audit, fraud-prevention, or shared conversation context may be retained where necessary and proportionate.
Your controls
Settings provides profile, privacy, notification, blocking, saved-content, security, and account deletion controls. Contact support for access, correction, or deletion help that cannot be completed in the app.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Using LaciStream
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and provide accurate account information. Keep your account secure, use only accounts you are authorized to control, and do not impersonate others or evade restrictions.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant LaciStream the permissions needed to host, process, display, recommend, moderate, and share that content as directed by the service and your audience choices.
Acceptable use
Do not post illegal, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, hateful, threatening, or unsafe content. Do not harass people, manipulate service metrics, interfere with security, scrape private data, or use LaciStream to facilitate harm.
Moderation and access
LaciStream may review reports, remove or limit content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or end access to protect the community and enforce these terms. Where available, decision notices explain appeal or support options.
Service availability
Features may change, be tester-only, or become temporarily unavailable. LaciStream does not promise uninterrupted service and may limit unfinished capabilities until they are production-ready.
Ending your account
You may delete your account from Settings. Shared conversations can retain limited context while your authored message content is removed or redacted. These terms may be updated as the service and legal obligations evolve.

Respect people
No harassment, hate, threats, stalking, bullying, or targeted abuse.
Protect young people
No sexual exploitation, grooming, or attempts to bypass age and interaction safeguards.
Share lawfully
Post only content you have the right to share. Do not promote illegal goods or conduct.
Be authentic
No impersonation, scams, spam, coordinated deception, or artificial engagement.
Avoid dangerous content
Do not encourage violence, self-harm, dangerous acts, or exploitative behavior.
Use safety tools
Report concerns from the relevant content and block accounts you do not want to interact with.
